My path here wasn't linear, and I've stopped apologising for that.
Before the sky
I trained as a designer first. I earned my Bachelor's in Visual Communication Design at Paramadina University in Jakarta, on a full scholarship, and spent two years working as a graphic designer before I made a decision that would reshape everything: to leave and explore the world.
In the air
I became a flight attendant with Air Atlanta Icelandic, and later worked guest-facing roles at YUST Housing here in Liège. Design never actually left, but for those years, my education happened differently: reading people fast, staying steady when something's gone wrong and someone in front of you is frustrated, working daily inside multinational teams where no two passengers, colleagues, or expectations were quite alike.
I was learning human behavior at close range, every single day, without calling it research yet.
Back to design
Eventually I came home to what I'd trained in and deliberately, not by accident. I formalised the return with a UI/UX design diploma at IFAPME, Liège, then took it into agency work at Synchrone, a digital agency, where I designed across e-commerce, industrial, B2B, and public-sector clients—often several at once. What I bring to that work now isn't just design training; it's design training plus years of watching how real people behave under real pressure, across cultures, without a script.
